[๖๑๒] ดูกรอานนท์ ในบุคคล ๔ จำพวกนั้น บุคคลที่เป็นผู้มักทำชีวิต
สัตว์ให้ตกล่วง ฯลฯ มีความเห็นผิดในโลกนี้ ตายไปแล้ว เข้าถึงอบาย ทุคติ
วินิบาต นรก นี้ เป็นอันว่า เขาทำกรรมชั่วที่ให้ผลเป็นทุกข์ไว้ในกาลก่อน หรือ
ในกาลภายหลัง หรือว่ามีมิจฉาทิฐิพรั่งพร้อม สมาทานแล้วในเวลาจะตาย เพราะ
ฉะนั้น เขาตายไป จึงเข้าถึงอบาย ทุคติ วินิบาต นรก ก็แหละบุคคลที่เป็นผู้
มักทำชีวิตสัตว์ให้ตกล่วง ฯลฯ มีความเห็นผิดในโลกนี้นั้น เขาย่อมเสวยวิบาก
ของกรรมนั้นในชาตินี้ หรือในชาติหน้า หรือในชาติต่อไป ฯ

ตตฺรานนฺท ยฺวายํ ปุคฺคโล อิธ ปาณาติปาตี อทินฺนาทายี
ฯเปฯ มิจฺฉาทิฏฺฐี กายสฺส เภทา ปรมฺมรณา อปายํ ทุคฺคตึ
วินิปาตํ นิรยํ อุปปชฺชติ✎ ร่าง
Tatrānanda, yvāyaṁ puggalo idha pāṇātipātī adinnādāyī …pe… micchādiṭṭhi, kāyassa bhedā paraṁ maraṇā apāyaṁ duggatiṁ vinipātaṁ nirayaṁ upapajjati,
Now, Ānanda, take the case of the individual here who killed living creatures … and had wrong view, and who, when their body breaks up, after death, is reborn in a place of loss, a bad place, the underworld, hell.
ปุพฺเพ วาสฺส ตํ กตํ โหติ ปาปกมฺมํ
ทุกฺขเวทนียํ ปจฺฉา วาสฺส ตํ กตํ โหติ ปาปกมฺมํ ทุกฺขเวทนียํ
มรณกาเล วาสฺส โหติ มิจฺฉาทิฏฺฐิ สมตฺตา สมาทินฺนา✎ ร่าง
pubbe vāssa taṁ kataṁ hoti pāpakammaṁ dukkhavedanīyaṁ, pacchā vāssa taṁ kataṁ hoti pāpakammaṁ dukkhavedanīyaṁ, maraṇakāle vāssa hoti micchādiṭṭhi samattā samādinnā.
That bad deed of theirs that is to be experienced as painful was either done previously, or later, or else at the time of death they undertook wrong view.
เตน
โส กายสฺส เภทา ปรมฺมรณา อปายํ ทุคฺคตึ วินิปาตํ นิรยํ
อุปปชฺชติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Tena so kāyassa bhedā paraṁ maraṇā apāyaṁ duggatiṁ vinipātaṁ nirayaṁ upapajjati.
And that’s why, when their body breaks up, after death, they’re reborn in a place of loss, a bad place, the underworld, hell.
ยญฺจ โข โส อิธ ปาณาติปาตี โหติ อทินฺนาทายี
โหติ ฯเปฯ มิจฺฉาทิฏฺฐี โหติ ฯ ตสฺส ทิฏฺเฐว ธมฺเม วิปากํ
ปฏิสํเวเทติ อุปปชฺเช ๑- วา อปเร วา ปริยาเย ฯ✎ ร่าง
Yañca kho so idha pāṇātipātī hoti adinnādāyī hoti …pe… micchādiṭṭhi hoti tassa diṭṭheva dhamme vipākaṁ paṭisaṁvedeti upapajja vā apare vā pariyāye.
But anyone here who kills living creatures … and has wrong view experiences the result of that in this very life, or in the next life, or in some subsequent period.
