อย่างไร กระทำให้มากแล้วอย่างไร ย่อมเป็นไปเพื่อละสังโยชน์? ภิกษุในธรรมวินัยนี้ อยู่ใน
ป่าก็ดี ฯลฯ ย่อมสำเหนียกว่า จักพิจารณาเห็นโดยความสละคืนหายใจออก ย่อมสำเหนียกว่า
จักพิจารณาเห็นโดยความสละคืนหายใจเข้า ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย สมาธิอันสัมปยุตด้วยอานาปานสติ
อันภิกษุเจริญแล้วอย่างนี้ กระทำให้มากแล้วอย่างนี้ ย่อมเป็นไปเพื่อละสังโยชน์ ฯลฯ

กถํ ภาวิโต จ ภิกฺขเว อานาปานสฺสติสมาธิ กถํ
