[๑๕๔๑] ดูกรมหาบพิตร ก็บุคคลบางคนในโลกนี้ เลื่อมใสยิ่ง แน่วแน่ในพระ-
*พุทธเจ้า ... ในพระธรรม ... ในพระสงฆ์ ... มีปัญญาร่าเริง เฉียบแหลม แต่ไม่ประกอบด้วยวิมุติ
เพราะสังโยชน์อันเป็นส่วนเบื้องต่ำ ๕ สิ้นไป เขาเป็นพระอนาคามี ผู้อันตราปรินิพพายี อุปหัจจ-
*ปรินิพพายี อสังขารปรินิพพายี สสังขารปรินิพพายี อุทธังโสโตอกนิฏฐคามี บุคคลแม้นี้ก็พ้น
จากนรก ... อบาย ทุคติ วินิบาต.

อิธ ปน มหานาม เอกจฺโจ ปุคฺคโล พุทฺเธ เอกนฺตคโต
โหติ อภิปฺปสนฺโน✎ ร่าง
Idha pana, mahānāma, ekacco puggalo buddhe ekantagato hoti abhippasanno—

hāsapañño javanapañño na ca vimuttiyā samannāgato.
They have laughing wisdom and swift wisdom, but are not endowed with freedom.
โส ปญฺจนฺนํ โอรมฺภาคิยานํ สญฺโญชนานํ
ปริกฺขยา อนฺตราปรินิพฺพายี โหติ อุปหจฺจปรินิพฺพายี โหติ
อสงฺขารปรินิพฺพายี โหติ สสงฺขารปรินิพฺพายี โหติ อุทฺธํโสโต
โหติ อกนิฏฺฐคามี ฯ✎ ร่าง
So pañcannaṁ orambhāgiyānaṁ saṁyojanānaṁ parikkhayā antarāparinibbāyī hoti, upahaccaparinibbāyī hoti, asaṅkhāraparinibbāyī hoti, sasaṅkhāraparinibbāyī hoti, uddhaṁsoto hoti akaniṭṭhagāmī.
With the ending of the five lower fetters, they’re extinguished between one life and the next … they’re extinguished upon landing … they’re extinguished without extra effort … they’re extinguished with extra effort … they head upstream, going to the Akaniṭṭha realm.
อยมฺปิ โข มหานาม ปุคฺคโล ปริมุตฺโต
นิรยา ปริมุตฺโต ติรจฺฉานโยนิยา ปริมุตฺโต ปิตฺติวิสยา ปริมุตฺโต
อปายทุคฺคติวินิปาตา ฯ✎ ร่าง
Ayampi kho, mahānāma, puggalo parimutto nirayā parimutto tiracchānayoniyā parimutto pettivisayā parimutto apāyaduggativinipātā.
This individual, too, is exempt from hell, the animal realm, and the ghost realm. They’re exempt from places of loss, bad places, the underworld.
