[๒๖๕] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย อาชีวกประกอบด้วยธรรม ๕ ประการ ย่อม เกิดในนรกเหมือนถูกนำมาโยนลง ธรรม ๕ ประการเป็นไฉน คือ เป็นผู้ฆ่าสัตว์ ๑ ลักทรัพย์ ๑ ประพฤติผิดในกาม ๑ พูดเท็จ ๑ ดื่มน้ำเมาคือสุราและเมรัยอันเป็น ที่ตั้งแห่งความประมาท ๑ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย อาชีวกประกอบด้วยธรรม ๕ ประการนี้แล ย่อมเกิดในนรกเหมือนถูกนำมาโยนลง ฯ
