[๑๕๐] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย สัตบุรุษเป็นผู้มีความเห็นอย่างสัตบุรุษอย่างไร คือ สัตบุรุษในโลกนี้ เป็นผู้มีความเห็นอย่างนี้ว่า ทานที่ให้แล้ว มีผล ยัญที่ บูชาแล้ว มีผล สังเวยที่บวงสรวงแล้ว มีผล ผลวิบากของกรรมที่ทำดีทำชั่ว มีอยู่ โลกนี้มี โลกหน้ามี มารดามี บิดามี สัตว์ที่เป็นอุปปาติกะมี สมณพราหมณ์ ทั้งหลาย ผู้ดำเนินชอบ ปฏิบัติชอบ ซึ่งประกาศโลกนี้ โลกหน้าให้แจ่มแจ้ง เพราะรู้ยิ่งด้วยตนเอง ในโลกมีอยู่ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย อย่างนี้แล สัตบุรุษชื่อว่า เป็นผู้มีความเห็นอย่างสัตบุรุษ ฯ

Idha, bhikkhave, sappuriso evaṁdiṭṭhi hoti:

อตฺถิ ทินฺนํ อตฺถิ ยิฏฺฐํ อตฺถิ หุตํ อตฺถิ สุกตทุกฺกฏานํ กมฺมานํ ผลํ วิปาโก อตฺถิ อยํ โลโก อตฺถิ ปโร โลโก อตฺถิ มาตา อตฺถิ ปิตา อตฺถิ สตฺตา โอปปาติกา อตฺถิ โลเก สมณพฺราหฺมณา สมฺมคฺคตา สมฺมาปฏิปนฺนา เย อิมญฺจ โลกํ ปรญฺจ โลกํ สยํ อภิญฺญา สจฺฉิกตฺวา ปเวเทนฺตีติ✎ ร่าง

‘atthi dinnaṁ, atthi yiṭṭhaṁ, atthi hutaṁ, atthi sukatadukkaṭānaṁ kammānaṁ phalaṁ vipāko, atthi ayaṁ loko, atthi paro loko, atthi mātā, atthi pitā, atthi sattā opapātikā, atthi loke samaṇabrāhmaṇā sammaggatā sammāpaṭipannā ye imañca lokaṁ parañca lokaṁ sayaṁ abhiññā sacchikatvā pavedentī’ti.

‘There is meaning in giving, sacrifice, and offerings. There are fruits and results of good and bad deeds. There is an afterlife. There are such things as mother and father, and beings that are reborn spontaneously. And there are ascetics and brahmins who are rightly comported and rightly practiced, and who describe the afterlife after realizing it with their own insight.’

เอวํ โข ภิกฺขเว สปฺปุริโส สปฺปุริสทิฏฺฐี โหติ ฯ✎ ร่าง

Evaṁ kho, bhikkhave, sappuriso sappurisadiṭṭhi hoti.

That’s how a true person has the view of a true person.
