[๑๒๙] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ผัสสายตนะ ๖ ประการนี้ ที่บุคคลฝึกฝนดี
คุ้มครองดี รักษาดี สำรวมระวังดีแล้ว ย่อมนำสุขมากมาให้ ผัสสายตนะ ๖
เป็นไฉน คือ จักษุ โสตะ ฆานะ ชิวหา กาย ใจ ที่บุคคลฝึกฝนดี คุ้มครองดี
รักษาดี สำรวมระวังดีแล้ว ย่อมนำสุขมากมาให้ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ผัสสายตนะ
๖ ประการนี้แล ที่บุคคลฝึกฝนดี คุ้มครองดี รักษาดี สำรวมระวังดีแล้ว ย่อม
นำสุขมากมาให้ พระผู้มีพระภาคผู้สุคตศาสดา ครั้นได้ตรัสไวยากรณภาษิตนี้จบลง
แล้ว จึงได้ตรัสคาถาประพันธ์ต่อไปอีกว่า ฯ
ฉยิเม ภิกฺขเว ผสฺสายตนา สุทนฺตา สุคุตฺตา สุรกฺขิตา
สุสํวุตา สุขาธิวาหา โหนฺติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Chayime, bhikkhave, phassāyatanā sudantā suguttā surakkhitā susaṁvutā sukhādhivāhā honti.
These six fields of contact bring happiness when they’re well tamed, well guarded, well protected, and well restrained.

สุสํวุตํ สุขาธิวาหํ โหติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
mano, bhikkhave, phassāyatanaṁ sudantaṁ suguttaṁ surakkhitaṁ susaṁvutaṁ sukhādhivāhaṁ hoti.
The field of mind contact brings happiness when it’s well tamed, well guarded, well protected, and well restrained.
อิเม โข ภิกฺขเว ฉ ผสฺสายตนา
สุทนฺตา สุคุตฺตา สุรกฺขิตา สุสํวุตา สุขาธิวาหา โหนฺตีติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Ime kho, bhikkhave, cha phassāyatanā sudantā suguttā surakkhitā susaṁvutā sukhādhivāhā hontī”ti.
These six fields of contact bring happiness when they’re well tamed, well guarded, well protected, and well restrained.”
