[๑๕๓๑] ดูกรมหาบพิตร ก็บุคคลบางคนในโลกนี้ ประกอบด้วยความเลื่อมใสอันไม่ หวั่นไหวในพระพุทธเจ้า ... ในพระธรรม ... ในพระสงฆ์ ... มีปัญญาร่าเริง เฉียบแหลม แต่ไม่ ประกอบด้วยวิมุติ เพราะสังโยชน์อันเป็นส่วนเบื้องต่ำ ๕ สิ้นไป เขาเกิดเป็นอุปปาติกะ จัก ปรินิพพานในภพที่เกิดนั้น มีอันไม่กลับจากโลกนั้นเป็นธรรมดา บุคคลแม้นี้ก็พ้นจากนรก กำเนิด สัตว์ดิรัจฉาน ปิตติวิสัย อบาย ทุคติ วินิบาต.

หาสปญฺโญ ชวนปญฺโญ น จ วิมุตฺติยา สมนฺนาคโต ฯ✎ ร่าง

hāsapañño javanapañño na ca vimuttiyā samannāgato.

They have laughing wisdom and swift wisdom, but are not endowed with freedom.

โส ปญฺจนฺนํ โอรมฺภาคิยานํ สญฺโญชนานํ ปริกฺขยา โอปปาติโก โหติ ตตฺถ ปรินิพฺพายี อนาวตฺติธมฺโม อสฺมา โลกา ฯ✎ ร่าง

So pañcannaṁ orambhāgiyānaṁ saṁyojanānaṁ parikkhayā opapātiko hoti tattha parinibbāyī anāvattidhammo tasmā lokā.

With the ending of the five lower fetters they’re reborn spontaneously. They are extinguished there, and are not liable to return from that world.

Ayampi kho, mahānāma, puggalo parimutto nirayā parimutto tiracchānayoniyā parimutto pettivisayā parimutto apāyaduggativinipātā.

This individual, too, is exempt from hell, the animal realm, and the ghost realm. They’re exempt from places of loss, bad places, the underworld.
