ธมฺโม จ เม ภนฺเต อภิสเมโต ๒- มคฺโค จ เม ปฏิลทฺโธ✎ ร่าง
Dhammo ca me, bhante, abhisamito, maggo ca me paṭiladdho;
I comprehended the teaching, sir, I acquired the path.
โย เม ภาวิโต พหุลีกโต ตถา ตถา วิหรนฺตํ ตถตฺตาย อุปเนสฺสติ
ยถาหํ✎ ร่าง
yo me bhāvito bahulīkato tathā tathā viharantaṁ tathattāya upanessati yathāhaṁ:
This, when developed and cultivated by me meditating in just such a way, will bring me to such a state that I will understand:
ขีณา ชาติ วุสิตํ พฺรหฺมจริยํ กตํ กรณียํ นาปรํ อิตฺถตฺตายาติ
ปชานิสฺสามิ ฯ✎ ร่าง
‘khīṇā jāti, vusitaṁ brahmacariyaṁ, kataṁ karaṇīyaṁ, nāparaṁ itthattāyā’ti pajānissāmi.
‘Rebirth is ended, the spiritual journey has been completed, what had to be done has been done, there is nothing further for this place.’
สติสมฺโพชฺฌงฺโค เม ภนฺเต ปฏิลทฺโธ โย เม
ภาวิโต พหุลีกโต ตถา ตถา วิหรนฺตํ ตถตฺตาย อุปเนสฺสติ
ยถาหํ✎ ร่าง
Satisambojjhaṅgo me, bhante, paṭiladdho, yo me bhāvito bahulīkato tathā tathā viharantaṁ tathattāya upanessati yathāhaṁ:
I acquired the awakening factors of mindfulness, investigation of principles, energy, rapture, tranquility, immersion, and equanimity.
