[๔๘๒] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ผู้ที่พิจารณาเห็นอำนาจประโยชน์ ๓ ประการ ควรอย่างยิ่งที่จะแสดงธรรมแก่คนอื่นๆ อำนาจประโยชน์ ๓ ประการ เป็นไฉน คือ ผู้แสดงธรรมรู้แจ้งอรรถด้วย รู้แจ้งธรรมด้วย ๑ ผู้ฟังธรรมรู้แจ้ง อรรถด้วย รู้แจ้งธรรมด้วย ๑ ผู้แสดงธรรมและผู้ที่ฟังธรรมทั้งสองฝ่าย รู้แจ้ง อรรถด้วย รู้แจ้งธรรมด้วย ๑ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ผู้ที่พิจารณาเห็นอำนาจ ประโยชน์ ๓ ประการนี้แล ควรอย่างยิ่งที่จะแสดงธรรมแก่คนอื่นๆ ฯ
