อิธ ภิกฺขเว ภิกฺขุ อนุปฺปนฺนานํ ปาปกานํ อกุสลานํ ธมฺมานํ อนุปฺปาทาย

Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu anuppannānaṁ pāpakānaṁ akusalānaṁ dhammānaṁ anuppādāya chandaṁ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṁ ārabhati cittaṁ paggaṇhāti padahati;
A mendicant generates enthusiasm, tries, makes an effort, exerts the mind, and strives so that bad, unskillful qualities don’t arise.
อุปฺปนฺนานํ ปาปกานํ อกุสลานํ ธมฺมานํ ปหานาย ฉนฺทํ ชเนติ วายมติ
วิริยํ อารภติ จิตฺตํ ปคฺคณฺหาติ ปทหติ🤖 AI จับคู่
uppannānaṁ pāpakānaṁ akusalānaṁ dhammānaṁ pahānāya chandaṁ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṁ ārabhati cittaṁ paggaṇhāti padahati;
They generate enthusiasm, try, make an effort, exert the mind, and strive so that bad, unskillful qualities that have arisen are given up.
อนุปฺปนฺนานํ กุสลานํ
ธมฺมานํ อุปฺปาทาย ฉนฺทํ ชเนติ วายมติ วิริยํ อารภติ จิตฺตํ
ปคฺคณฺหาติ ปทหติ🤖 AI จับคู่
anuppannānaṁ kusalānaṁ dhammānaṁ uppādāya chandaṁ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṁ ārabhati cittaṁ paggaṇhāti padahati;
They generate enthusiasm, try, make an effort, exert the mind, and strive so that skillful qualities arise.
อุปฺปนฺนานํ กุสลานํ ธมฺมานํ ฐิติยา อสมฺโมสาย
ภิยฺโยภาวาย เวปุลฺลาย ภาวนาย ปาริปูริยา ฉนฺทํ ชเนติ วายมติ
วิริยํ อารภติ จิตฺตํ ปคฺคณฺหาติ ปทหติ🤖 AI จับคู่
uppannānaṁ kusalānaṁ dhammānaṁ ṭhitiyā asammosāya bhiyyobhāvāya vepullāya bhāvanāya pāripūriyā chandaṁ janeti vāyamati vīriyaṁ ārabhati cittaṁ paggaṇhāti padahati.
They generate enthusiasm, try, make an effort, exert the mind, and strive so that skillful qualities that have arisen remain, are not lost, but increase, mature, and are fulfilled by development.
อิมานิ โข ภิกฺขเว
จตฺตาริ สมฺมปฺปธานานีติ ฯ🤖 AI จับคู่
Imāni kho, bhikkhave, cattāri sammappadhānānīti.
These are the four right efforts.
สมฺมปฺปธานา มารเธยฺยาภิภูตา🤖 AI จับคู่
Sammappadhānā māradheyyābhibhūtā,
By rightly striving, they’ve crushed Māra’s sovereignty;

เต อสิตา ชาติมรณภยสฺส ปารคู🤖 AI จับคู่
Te asitā jātimaraṇabhayassa pāragū;
unattached, they’ve gone beyond the peril of birth and death.
เต ตุสิตา เชตฺวาน มารํ สวาหนํ
เต อเนชา🤖 AI จับคู่
Te tusitā jetvā māraṁ savāhiniṁ te anejā,
Contented and unstirred, they’ve vanquished Māra with his legions;
สพฺพํ) นมุจิพลํ อุปาติวตฺตา (เต สุขิตาติ🤖 AI จับคู่
Sabbaṁ namucibalaṁ upātivattā te sukhitā”ti.
now they’ve gone beyond all Namuci’s forces, they’re happy.”
