[๒๖๙] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย กามคุณ ๕ ประการนี้ ๕ ประการเป็นไฉน
คือ รูปที่จะพึงรู้แจ้งด้วยจักษุ อันน่าปรารถนา น่าใคร่ น่าพอใจ เป็นที่รัก
ยั่วยวน ชวนให้กำหนัด เสียงที่จะพึงรู้แจ้งด้วยหู ฯลฯ กลิ่นที่จะพึงรู้แจ้งด้วย
จมูก ฯลฯ รสที่จะพึงรู้แจ้งด้วยลิ้น ฯลฯ โผฏฐัพพะที่จะพึงรู้แจ้งด้วยกาย อันน่า
ปรารถนา น่าใคร่ น่าพอใจ เป็นที่รัก ยั่วยวน ชวนให้กำหนัด ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย
กามคุณ ๕ ประการนี้แล ฯลฯ
ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย เธอทั้งหลายพึงเจริญสติปัฏฐาน ๔ นี้ เพื่อละ
