[๘๑] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ธรรมสำหรับระงับอธิกรณ์ ๗ ประการนี้ เพื่อ สงบระงับอธิกรณ์ที่เกิดแล้วๆ ธรรม ๗ ประการเป็นไฉน คือ สงฆ์พึงให้ สัมมุขาวินัย (สำหรับระงับต่อหน้า) ๑ พึงให้สติวินัย (สำหรับพระอรหันต์ผู้มี สติไพบูลย์) ๑ พึงให้อมูฬหวินัย (สำหรับภิกษุบ้า) ๑ ปฏิญญาตกรณะ (ให้ ทำการปรับโทษตามคำปฏิญาณ) ๑ เยภุยยสิกา (ปรับโทษถือข้างมากเป็น ประมาณ) ๑ ตัสสปาปิยสิกา (ปรับโทษสมกับความผิดแก่ภิกษุจำเลยนั้น) ๑ ติณวัตถารกะ (ตัดสินทำนองกลบหญ้า คือ ทำการประนีประนอม) ๑ ดูกร ภิกษุทั้งหลาย ธรรมสำหรับระงับอธิกรณ์ ๗ ประการนี้แล เพื่อสงบระงับอธิกรณ์ ที่เกิดแล้วๆ ฯ
