[๑๔๒] ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ก็อภิภายตนะ ๖ เป็นไฉน ดูกรภิกษุ
ทั้งหลาย อกุศลบาปธรรมทั้งหลาย มีความดำริแล่นไป เป็นฝ่ายสังโยชน์ ย่อมไม่
เกิดขึ้นแก่ภิกษุในศาสนานี้ เพราะเห็นรูปด้วยจักษุ ข้อนั้นภิกษุพึงทราบว่า อายตนะ
นี้เราครอบงำแล้ว อายตนะนี้ พระผู้มีพระภาคตรัสว่าเป็นอภิภายตนะ ฯลฯ
ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย อีกประการหนึ่ง อกุศลบาปธรรมทั้งหลายมีความดำริ
แล่นไป เป็นฝ่ายสังโยชน์ ย่อมไม่เกิดขึ้นแก่ภิกษุในศาสนานี้เพราะได้รู้แจ้งธรรมารมณ์
ด้วยใจ ข้อนั้นภิกษุพึงทราบว่า อายตนะนี้เราครอบงำแล้ว อายตนะนี้ พระผู้มี
พระภาคตรัสว่าเป็นอภิภายตนะ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย อายตนะเหล่านี้ เรากล่าวว่า

กตมานิ จ ภิกฺขเว ฉ อภิภายตนานิ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Katamāni ca, bhikkhave, cha abhibhāyatanāni?
And what are the six fields of mastery?

อิธ ภิกฺขเว
ภิกฺขุโน จกฺขุนา รูปํ ทิสฺวา น อุปฺปชฺชนฺติ ปาปกา อกุสลา
ธมฺมา สรสงฺกปฺปา สญฺโญชนิยา✎ ร่าง
Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhuno cakkhunā rūpaṁ disvā nuppajjanti pāpakā akusalā sarasaṅkappā saṁyojaniyā.
When a mendicant sees a sight with the eye, bad, unskillful phenomena don’t arise: memories and thoughts that tighten fetters.
เวทิตพฺพเมตํ ภิกฺขเว ภิกฺขุนา✎ ร่าง
Veditabbametaṁ, bhikkhave, bhikkhunā:
They should understand:
อภิภูตเมตํ อายตนํ✎ ร่าง
‘abhibhūtametaṁ āyatanaṁ’.
‘This sense field has been mastered.
อภิภายตนํ เหตํ วุตฺตํ ภควตาติ ฯเปฯ✎ ร่าง
Abhibhāyatanañhetaṁ vuttaṁ bhagavatāti …pe…
For this is what the Buddha calls a field of mastery.’ …
ปุน จปรํ ภิกฺขเว ภิกฺขุโน มนสา ธมฺมํ วิญฺญาย น อุปฺปชฺชนฺติ
ปาปกา อกุสลา ธมฺมา สรสงฺกปฺปา สญฺโญชนิยา✎ ร่าง
puna caparaṁ, bhikkhave, bhikkhuno manasā dhammaṁ viññāya nuppajjanti pāpakā akusalā dhammā sarasaṅkappā saṁyojaniyā.
Furthermore, when a mendicant knows an idea with the mind, bad, unskillful phenomena don’t arise: memories and thoughts that tighten fetters.
เวทิตพฺพเมตํ
ภิกฺขเว ภิกฺขุนา✎ ร่าง
Veditabbametaṁ, bhikkhave, bhikkhunā:
They should understand:
อภิภูตเมตํ อายตนํ✎ ร่าง
‘abhibhūtametaṁ āyatanaṁ’.
‘This sense field has been mastered.
อภิภายตนํ เหตํ วุตฺตํ
ภควตาติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Abhibhāyatanañhetaṁ vuttaṁ bhagavatāti.
For this is what the Buddha calls a field of mastery.’
อิมานิ วุจฺจนฺติ ภิกฺขเว ฉ อภิภายตนานีติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Imāni vuccanti, bhikkhave, cha abhibhāyatanānī”ti.
These are the six fields of mastery.”
