[๓๙๑] ชนเหล่าใดไม่รู้ทุกข์ เหตุเกิดแห่งทุกข์ ธรรมชาติเป็นที่
ดับทุกข์ไม่มีส่วนเหลือ โดยประการทั้งปวง และไม่รู้มรรค
อันให้ถึงความเข้าไประงับทุกข์ ชนเหล่านั้นเสื่อมแล้วจาก
เจโตวิมุติและปัญญาวิมุติ เป็นผู้ไม่ควรเพื่อจะทำที่สุดแห่ง
ทุกข์ได้ เป็นผู้เข้าถึงชาติและชราแท้ ส่วนชนเหล่าใดรู้ทุกข์
เหตุเกิดแห่งทุกข์ ธรรมชาติเป็นที่ดับทุกข์ไม่มีส่วนเหลือ
โดยประการทั้งปวง และรู้มรรคอันให้ถึงความเข้าไประงับทุกข์
ชนเหล่านั้น ถึงพร้อมแล้วด้วยเจโตวิมุติและปัญญาวิมุติ เป็น
ผู้ควรที่จะทำที่สุดแห่งทุกข์ได้ และเป็นผู้ไม่เข้าถึงชาติและ
ชรา ฯ
เย ทุกฺขํ นปฺปชานนฺติ✎ ร่าง
“Ye dukkhaṁ nappajānanti,
“There are those who don’t understand suffering
อโถ ทุกฺขสฺส สมฺภวํ✎ ร่าง
atho dukkhassa sambhavaṁ;
and suffering’s cause,
ยตฺถ จ สพฺพโส ทุกฺขํ✎ ร่าง
Yattha ca sabbaso dukkhaṁ,
and where all suffering
อเสสํ อุปรุชฺฌติ✎ ร่าง
asesaṁ uparujjhati;
ceases no residue left behind.
ตญฺจ มคฺคํ น ชานนฺติ✎ ร่าง
Tañca maggaṁ na jānanti,
And they do not know the path
ทุกฺขูปสมคามินํ✎ ร่าง
dukkhūpasamagāminaṁ.
that leads to the stilling of suffering.
เจโตวิมุตฺติหีนา เต✎ ร่าง
Cetovimuttihīnā te,
They lack the heart’s release,

อโถ ปญฺญาวิมุตฺติยา✎ ร่าง
Atho paññāvimuttiyā;
as well as the release by wisdom.
อภพฺพา เต อนฺตกิริยาย✎ ร่าง
Abhabbā te antakiriyāya,
Unable to make an end,
เต เว ชาติชรูปคา ฯ✎ ร่าง
Te ve jātijarūpagā.
they continue to be reborn and grow old.
เย จ ทุกฺขํ ปชานนฺติ✎ ร่าง
Ye ca dukkhaṁ pajānanti,
But there are those who understand suffering

and suffering’s cause,

They’re endowed with the heart’s release,

as well as the release by wisdom.
ภพฺพา เต อนฺตกิริยาย✎ ร่าง
Bhabbā te antakiriyāya,
Able to make an end,
น เต ชาติชรูปคาติ ฯ✎ ร่าง
Na te jātijarūpagāti.
they don’t continue to be reborn and grow old.”
