[๓๕๗] ดูกรภิกษุ เมื่อเธออยู่ในป่าใหญ่อันปราศจากโคจร เป็นป่าเศร้าหมอง ถูกโรคลมครอบงำ จักทำอย่างไร? พระนหาตกมุนีกราบทูลว่า ข้าพระองค์จักยังปีติ และความสุขอันไพบูลย์ให้แผ่ไปสู่ร่างกายครอบงำ ปัจจัยอันเศร้าหมองอยู่ในป่าใหญ่ และจักเจริญโพชฌงค์ ๗ อินทรีย์ ๕ พละ ๕ ถึงพร้อมด้วยสุขอันเกิดแต่ฌาน จักเป็นผู้หมดอาสวะอยู่ ข้าพระองค์จักพิจารณาเนืองๆ ซึ่งจิตอันบริสุทธิ์ หลุดพ้นแล้วจากกิเลส ไม่ขุ่นมัว เป็นผู้หมดอาสวะอยู่ อาสวะทั้งปวงของข้าพระองค์ ซึ่งมีอยู่ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก ข้าพระองค์ถอนขึ้นแล้ว ไม่เกิดขึ้นอีกต่อไป เบญจขันธ์ ข้าพระองค์กำหนดรู้แล้ว มีรากอันขาดแล้ว ตั้งอยู่ ธรรม อันเป็นที่สิ้นทุกข์ ข้าพระองค์ได้บรรลุแล้ว บัดนี้ ภพใหม่ไม่มี พระ- เจ้าข้า.

Developing the seven awakening factors,

the faculties and the powers,

endowed with subtle absorptions,

viharissaṁ anāsavo.

I’ll dwell without defilements.

Ajjhattañca bahiddhā ca,

Those defilements that were found in me,

เย เม วิชฺฌึสุ ๑- อาสวา✎ ร่าง

ye me vijjiṁsu āsavā;

internally and externally,

สพฺเพ อเสสา อุจฺฉินฺนา✎ ร่าง

Sabbe asesā ucchinnā,

are all cut off without remainder,

น จ อุปฺปชฺชเร ปุน ฯ✎ ร่าง

na ca uppajjare puna.

and will not arise again.

ปญฺจกฺขนฺธา ปริญฺญาตา✎ ร่าง

Pañcakkhandhā pariññātā,

The five aggregates are fully understood,

ติฏฺฐนฺติ ฉินฺนมูลกา✎ ร่าง

tiṭṭhanti chinnamūlakā;

they remain, but their root is cut.

thag6.11:6.3 #

ทุกฺขกฺขโย อนุปฺปตฺโต✎ ร่าง

Dukkhakkhayo anuppatto,

I have reached the ending of suffering,

thag6.11:6.4 #

นตฺถิทานิ ปุนพฺภโวติ ฯ✎ ร่าง

natthi dāni punabbhavo”ti.

now there’ll be no more future lives.”
